CWR Electrostatic Oiler was designed for special lubricating requirements of the metal welding wires, aluminum welding wire, flux core weldig wire or stainless steel welding wires. The welding wires are oiled only for rust prevention and lubrication and to reduce friction of the welding wires in the feeding process without increasing the smoke amount. For the welding wires, the special AL-503 welding wire lubricating oil should be matched; for metal wires requiring following painting process, the DOS oil can be applied.

1.  Nozzle-atomizer and charging system– to attach the charged oil mist to the metal wire surface.
2.  High voltage power supply system– to charge oil mist and generate electrostatic adsorption effects.
3.  Oil supply system– including oil tank, filter and heater.
4.  Precision metering pump–metering oil supply amount to nozzles under different speed.
5.  Control system– HMI setting and PLC automatic control;.
6.  Threading mechanism – to facilitate the metal wire to penetrate the oiling equipment.
7.  Oiling adjusting system– to adjust the oil volume under coating weight and synchronous line speed.
8.  Waste oil recycling system– to collect and filter the unattached oil for recycle.
